About the 'obesity' proposition

The 'obesity' proposition is supposed to be-people are fat and that's undesirable to whomever.

Whether you agree or disagree, that's clear enough. What isn't, is where that leads. To categorizing people by weight, under, normal, over, 'obese'.

When if fatness is undesirable, the logical focus would be on the bodily systems that create, control and regulate weight.

Like fertility, weight is not disease. Every society has sought to find direct ways and means to control, reverse and regulate it, currently that's called "birth control."

If you wish to control a biological trait, you must deal with physiology, end of story.

Nothing else is remotely relevant......
